There are many options to consider when it is time to choose a memory option for your application, and this MLC NAND flash datasheet will help with some important stats. With all MLC NAND flash storage devices available from Delkin, you can expect a locked bill of materials (BOM) and extended lifecycle management. This prevents unexpected compatibility problems with the host. In addition, Delkin’s devices offer state-of-the-art flash management features, including static and dynamic wear-leveling, as well as bad block management. Engineers and OEMs choose our MLC NAND flash products because of their high capacity, enhanced performance, and rugged design, which enable them to withstand harsh environments.

Products with MLC NAND Flash

Delkin offers several cutting-edge MLC NAND flash storage devices, and each has its own MLC NAND flash datasheet. The commercial MLC 2.5” solid state drive (SSD) is a popular form factor for embedded hosts that need to upgrade from a hard disk drive (HDD). It is available in capacities ranging from 64GB to 2TB. It offers read speeds of up to 550 MB/s and write speeds of up to 530 MB/s.

For OEMs who require a smaller form factor, Delkin offers the commercial MLC Secure Digital (SD) card. It is compliant with SD 3.0, and it supports both SD and SPI modes. It offers read speeds of up to 90 MB/s and write speeds of up to 80 MB/s.

A third product to consider is the commercial MLC microSD. It is compliant with SD 3.0, and like the MLC SD, it supports both SD and SPI modes. The microSD also features read speeds of up to 90 MB/s and write speeds of up to 80 MB/s, and is ideal for industrial applications with small form factors. These mechanically rugged cards are built to withstand a range of harsh environmental conditions.
