Product Description
Delkin Devices specializes in a ruggedized industrial-grade line of portable USB drives in a variety of flash, capacity and form factor options to meet the unique needs of industrial applications. Whether the design calls for -40 to + 85°C operating temperature, high endurance SLC flash or a customized industrial USB flash drive, Delkin can provide the solution. Multiple housing choices are available, including two different lengths in an array of colors or even an un-cased PCB, along with the flexibility to custom pad print, serialize or label the drives. This level of customization allows a rugged USB flash drive to reflect corporate branding, ideal when being utilized for firmware updates or critical data transfer.
Delkin controls the bill of materials for the industrial USB flash drives, while most commercially available drives change without notice to reduce cost or based on component availability. Delkin locks the specific flash chips, controller and firmware revision in the drive part number, such that any change to one of these components would necessitate a new part number. Delkin also manages the life cycle of the industrial USB products, providing advance EOL notification with the opportunity to place last time buy orders and qualify the replacement solution.
In addition to the physical customization options available on the industrial USB drives, Delkin also provides data load services and configurations with custom formatting, PID/VID fields or other settings.
