 Delkin Industrial eMMC is an embedded, managed flash standard that Delkin offers at an industrial-grade level of durability and performance. The term eMMC is short for “embedded Multi-Media Controller” and refers to a package consisting of both flash memory and a flash memory controller integrated on the same silicon die.  Rugged eMMC is a royalty free, combined flash and CPU solution, that many industrial platforms use to store OS or application software as well as logging key data.

Delkin offers Industrial eMMC with operating temperature range of -40 to 85C and is available in capacities of 32GB and 64GB compliant with eMMC 5.1 standard. Delkin also offers 4GB – 16GB in  operating temperature ranges of -25 to 85C, -40 to 85C,  AEC-Q100 Grade 3 (-40 to 85C) and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40 to 105C). Packaged NAND flash memory with eMMC 5.1 interface

Compliant with eMMC Specification Ver.4.4, 4.41,4.5, 5.0, and 5.1

Bus mode

  • High-speed eMMC protocol
  • Clock frequency: 0-200MHz.
  • Ten-wire bus (clock, 1 bit command, 8 bit data bus) and a hardware reset.

Supports three different data bus widths : 1 bit(default), 4 bits, 8 bits

  • Data transfer rate: up to 52Mbyte/s (using 8 parallel data lines at 52 MHz)
  • Single data rate : up to 200Mbyte/s @ 200MHz
  • Dual data rate : up to 400Mbytes/s @200MHz

  • VCCQ = 1.8 V/3.3 V
  • VCC = 3.3 V

  • Internal error correction code (ECC) to protect data communication
