  • 145 MB/s read and 130 MB/s write speeds

 

It is also possible to customize the design of the mSATA SSD to fit your needs. Industrial mSATA SSD is compliant with JEDEC MO-300B form factor and compatible with ATA-7. It supports TRIM, NCQ (up to 32 commands), and ATA Security Erase, and has built-in protection against power loss-related firmware and data corruption.

 

SATA Backwards Compatibility

Industrial mSATA SSDs support SATA revision 3.0, which was introduced in 2008 to boost the theoretical data rate performance to 6.0 Gbits/s. However, they are also backward compatible to SATA versions 1.0 and 2.0 with SLC, and with MLC in the commercial version. The backward compatibility provides the best possible endurance combined with a variety of cost options to meet the demands of different embedded applications.
