NAND Flash Technology

It is used most often in industrial operations that require the most reliable form of storage available. MLC refers to multi-level cell flash technology. With MLC, two bits of data are stored per cell. MLC storage is found in some commercial and utility grade applications. The 128GB mSATA drive from Delkin features MLC flash technology. Extended Temperature Ranges

The 128GB mSATA has a temperature range of 0 to 70 degrees C for operating and -40 to 85 degrees C for storage. If you opt for a utility-plus drive, then the operating and storage ranges will be the same.
